There's two ways to cancel your subscription
On the website, head to Settings - Billing and Payments and click on Cancel.
You'll be prompted with a short survey before you go and then your subscription will be cancelled.
Altenativately you can send us an email asking for the cancellation and we'll do it for you.
Please note that if you're looking for a refund, you need to send us an email even if you cancelled through the website. You can check your eligibility for refunds on this link:
